We raise mini multigenerational goldendoodles — a cross that consistently produces soft, wavy to curly coats, low-shedding hypoallergenic fur, and the sweetest, most people-loving temperaments. Our puppies typically grow to 20–25 lbs, making them the perfect size for families, apartments, and travel.

We're a small, family-run breeder based in Chesapeake, Virginia. We serve families throughout Hampton Roads including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Portsmouth — and we've placed puppies with families across Virginia and beyond.

How do I reserve a puppy?

Fill out an application on our Details page. Once reviewed, we'll be in touch to discuss available puppies, answer your questions, and guide you through the reservation process. Spots go fast — we recommend applying early!

What comes with my puppy when I bring them home?

Every Haven's Doodles puppy goes home with:

Are your puppies hypoallergenic?

Our doodles are bred for low-shedding, hypoallergenic coats — great news for allergy sufferers! While no dog is 100% allergen-free, the doodle's poodle heritage makes them one of the best options for allergy-sensitive families.

What is Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and why does it matter?

ENS is a series of gentle, structured exercises performed during a puppy's first two weeks of life that stimulate their neurological system in ways normal activity doesn't. Research shows ENS-trained puppies tend to have stronger cardiovascular systems, better stress tolerance, and calmer temperaments. We complete ENS along with Early Scent Introduction (ESI) with every litter to give our puppies the best possible foundation before they ever leave our home.

What socialization do your puppies receive before going home?

Beyond ENS and ESI, our puppies go through a 10-Step handling program and intentional noise exposure to build confidence and resilience. By the time your puppy comes home, they've already been introduced to a wide variety of sounds, smells, and handling experiences — making the transition to your home as smooth as possible.

Are the parent dogs health tested?

Yes. We health test our parent dogs to ensure we're breeding healthy, well-rounded puppies. Genetic testing helps us screen for hereditary conditions common in doodle breeds, so you can bring your puppy home with confidence.
